I just read the Tale of the Sandwich Trailer on your website. I go to UNH. I've been to that sandwich trailer. I know the girls here. I have absolutely no trouble believing it.

Dear Vlad,
i just read the "Kiss Hank's Butt!" story on your site, and it's AWESOME!! Reminds me so much of various religion fanatics trying to convince people without using any logic.
I'm from Russia originally, i'm 20 and i'm an ENTP :)

Dear vk-whatever,
i must say that i do not like your website very much, in fact i find it quite unamusing. perhaps you could explain to me why you felt the need to put the whole "kiss hank's butt" story on your web page. it is much too long, and makes positively no sense. in fact, i am quite angered that i wasted five minutes of my time reading that crap. all in all, i'd say that all of your jokes were indeed very sad, and i am sorry for you, since you said that they were the best you could find. i highly suggest that you try to dig a little deeper. it will not only benefit you, but also the unfortunate people who come to your present website looking for humor and a good laugh, as i have. and no doubt those bored people will leave and never come back, as i won't.
you may wonder why i have gone to the trouble of writing this long letter to you, so i will now tell you my three reasons.
1) i thought that you should know the ugly truth.
2) i wanted to waste as much of your time as you have wasted mine!
3) i wanted to make you as bored as you have made me.
please do not be too offended by this letter, just take it to mind, and heed my advice. 'twould be a shame for other people to be as bored, tortured, and tired of it as i was when i entered. or if (god forbid) you don't wish to change the content of your website, why not change the title? instead of "humor" why not, "sad, sad, jokes that make absolutely no sense" or "dear god please kill me now, i don't want to live without a sense of humor!" perhaps these will intrigue an audience that will (somehow) identify with your (tasteless) jokes, or if not, at least it will warn others not to enter your terrible website. either way, i feel my suggested titles will be more fitting/practical.
Cordially,
a disgruntled reader

Hi.
I'm Ranald Clouston, a University student in Wellington, New Zealand,
who studies Mathematics, with Philosophy and Computing on the side.
Earlier today I was doing an 'Ego-Surf' - ie, searching for my own
name, just to see what comes up. I was surprised and delighted to see
something I had posted on a Philosophy newsgroup turn up on a page of
famous quotations - between Nietzche and Einstein, no less!
I imagine that not many of the people on your famous quotations page
ever get in contact with you (recieved a mail from Aristotle yet?) so
I thought I'd just drop you a line.

Hallå from a Chicagoan in Sweden,
Came across your web site while searching Google for a Will Roger's quotation about Common Sense.
Your list of quotations is quite interesting--as I suspect you are also--especially for being the youngster that you are!
I'll have to take a look at the M-Briggs 'chat' groups later. Interesting concept--except that I've always tested 50% in every category.
Nice ying yang perhaps.

Mary

Hello Vladimir,
I enjoyed your site very much. I signed your guestbook, but I thought I should menion it 'in person' as well. Wonderful quotations. I've spent nearly two hours fishing through them all and I am happy to say it was time well spent (well, on AOL, time is never really well spent ... however ... ). I shall be back to see what else you will add.
Wonderful personality theory links ... I intend on visiting them all at some point as there are several I have not seen. I do appreciate all of your hard work. Keep it up. :)
Sincerely,
Lauren.
